Fairy tea party

My lovely next door neighbor suggested I take Nini to the city library's fairy tea party this year.  She even stood in the long line and picked up our tickets as well. 

And today was the day.  It was quite the event.  Nini got her own wand, watched ballerinas, met the fairy king and had a "snack" (she was disappointed there wasn't more food).

We just threw a costume together this morning, but I think it turned out pretty good.

She seemed to have fun, but got very grumpy by the end and didn't want to smile for any more pictures.  Hence the following shot...
