New Neighbor?

Our neighbors across the street moved out earlier this week... I think someone is thinking of moving in:



Monkey was the first to spot this new neighbor. She came running in, excitedly reporting that there was an otter outside. When I finally got a look at it, I was able to ID it for her - a yellow bellied marmot. He's not too far from home, since we live a ten minute walk from the mountain.
