lost tooth

W lost his first tooth tonight.  It's been loose for a few days.  On the way home from dinner with Grandma, his big brother and sister told him how the tooth fairy brings a prize, as well as money, for your first tooth.  That decided him - it had to come out TONIGHT.  So he and I worked and worked on it.  It took some doing and it hurt, but he really wanted it out tonight.  He was very brave.  And after a popsicle... one very happy boy!

This mommy is a little sad... kind of like the first day of kindergarten.  What happened to my baby?
