Beorn decided to share with me his "great" April Fool's joke: putting his arm around a co-worker and telling her that his wife had given him a hall-pass and that he wanted her to redeem it. My response - looking at him with disbelief and telling him I never wanted him to do that EVER AGAIN. Honesty, I had to fight back tears and panic the rest of the morning. In my mind there are some things you just don't joke about - and having an affair is definitely on that list.
