Today Bucket performed with the rest of the fourth graders. It's a school tradition. The kids all learn (and perform) the Virgina reel, the chicken dance, bingo, the bunny hop, the waltz, the jitterbug, the hokey pokey, a line dance (achy, breaky heart), the bongara, and the macarena. It was the sort of thing that pre-karate I would have woried about Bucket being able to do... but he learned all the steps and did very well. He even seemed to be having a lot more fun than most of the other boys.
